At Monte Cervino Winery we focus on crafting only the finest ciders and wines throughout the US. It is no wonder that we are known for our dedication to quality products backed by an awesome team of people.
For instance, take our newest released sparkling white wine called Grand Prix. It is the result of countless hours spent sourcing the perfect grapes and procedures that would yield a methode champenoise Blanc de Blanc worthy of being celebrated with by professional racing drivers. This delicately balanced sparkling wine has notes of white peach, apple, and citrus. A dry sparkling finish keeps the palate bright for a refreshing experience that keeps you coming back.
Grand Prix was the official wine of the 2021 National Auto Sport Association Championships at Daytona International Speedway and is dedicated to all of those who pursue speed.
A winery, in the city?
When you think of a winery you probably don't think of tall buildings, warehouses, and concrete roads. But at an urban winery, there are a lot of advantages of not being in the country.
Since we don't own the vineyards we are free to purchase, ferment, and bottle any variety we want. We also have the ability to source from better orchards or vineyards if there are troubles with supply or bad vintages. We can also experiment with fruit varietals that grow outside of our local region and discover some of the best hidden gems from around the world. This also means we can blend juice and wine from those multiple locations to create a truly unique and delicious product found no where else.
We let the farmers do what they do best, while we focus on bringing you the finest finished product.
Monte Cervino Racing
Monte Cervino Racing is the passion project of the winery that is dedicated to helping those in the automotive community and to preserve motorsports history. Monte Cervino Racing has helped worked with organizations such as Morgan Adams Race Against Kid's Cancer, Morgan Adams Concours d'Elegance, International Motor Racing Research Center, Pikes Peak International Raceway, and many more. Every bottle of wine that Monte Cervino sells goes to help car culture and the car community.
