Our Story
Matt Bonno, the founder of Monte Cervino, is a dedicated gearhead who has raced at everywhere from the Bonneville Salt Flats to the small hometown swampy drag strips in Florida. Matt has a passion problem, diving head first into every project he has and Little Red wine is no different.
Matt's focus was bring together a wine that is easy-to-drink and pairs well with any meal. Like the Italian wines he grew up with, Matt wanted the perfect blend that wasn't too light but not overpowering the pallet. Little Red took the company a few years of R&D and hunting down the right grape supplier to make a wine you will love!
